摘要: Calcium hydroxide has been used extensively in dentistry for a century. Despite its widespread use as pulp-capping agent, mechanisms of action still remain ambiguous. Understanding modes will lead to broader understanding the associated with induced dentinogenesis and help optimizing currently available agents target specific regenerative processes obtain best possible clinical outcomes. A literature search relating calcium up December 2011 was carried out using pubmed MEDLINE database searches well manual searching cross-references from identified studies. Resulting suggestions regarding dentinogenic range direct irritating material induction release biologically active molecules. The purpose this article is discuss various through which may induce tertiary light observations made included
