摘要: Supporting materials, not only serve as a scaffold but also provide unique micro-environment, which strongly affects the performance of loaded enzyme. In this paper, particular properties supporting including surface hydrophobicity/hydrophilicity, curvature, spatial restriction and confined microcapsule, were reviewed.
