摘要: We investigated the orientation of gyroid structures in thin films high-molecular-weight (HMW) polystyrene-b-poly(methyl methacrylate) (PS-b-PMMA) upon a solvent vapor annealing (SVA) process with tetrahydrofuran nonselective to PS and PMMA blocks. During SVA process, swollen PS-b-PMMA produced that were developed through cylindrical morphology from poorly ordered structure. The interfacial interactions exerted by substrates significantly influenced cylinders, like parallel perpendicular orientations on selective neutral substrates, respectively, while generated cylinders at surface.
