摘要: Scapulaire dyskinesie wordt vaak gezien bij patienten met schouderklachten, ongeacht de diagnose, waaraan zowel een conservatieve als postoperatieve kinesitherapeutische behandeling aandacht besteed dient te worden. De eerste taak van kinesitherapeut is vaststellen of relateren aan actuele klachten. Indien therapeut oordeel dat er scapulaire betrokkenheid in dit indicatie voor progressief, evidence-based en functioneel behandelprogramma. In hoofdstuk het kader schouderpathologie kort geschetst, algoritme therapeutische aanpak voorgesteld worden enkele concrete behandeltechnieken beschreven die onmiddellijk praktijk toe passen zijn.
