摘要: Buildings account for roughly one third of all green house gas emissions globally. Identifying the sources these and understanding their relations to construction phase is essential in climate change mitigation. This study evaluates carbon caused by a residential project Finland. The research method modified tiered hybrid life cycle assessment. shows that 220 homes development are around 60 000 tons which 90 percent initiates from actual buildings ten supporting infrastructure. divided into numerous categories without any single dominant category. Thus, reducing requires holistic management approach, as there no materials terms emissions. Also, costs were found poorly correlate with emissions, implies traditional cost strategy used cannot directly deal challenge. In addition, results indicate because rapid high spike construction, much more significant regarding than share buildings' would suggest. also generic LCA data model can be estimate project, but detailed specific needed accurate results. difference between calculated 20 percent. may applied evaluations similar projects. future well further methods.
