摘要: . Titres of IgG anti-A or -B in the serum 64 blood group O women with an obstetrical history possible ABO incompatibility were examined. Four different 2-mercapto-ethanol (2-ME) techniques varying time from 3–16 h evaluated. No definite differences titres observed. When AB substances used, however, on average 2–3 titration steps lower than 2-ME techniques, if demonstrable at all. Besides agglutinating -B, haemolysins could be demonstrated part sera. In 8 sera, and IgM fractions separated sephadex G-200 treated substances. In fraction, no complete, incomplete haemolysin found before after treatment 2-ME. Using substances, complete was anymore, while lower. The antibody activity fraction completely destroyed by substances. From this study we concluded that determined within a few hours technique is much more reliable partial neutralization test
