摘要: The effect of maintenance chemotherapy on remission duration was analyzed in 39 70 patients (56%) with acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) who achieved complete induction chemotherapy. Overall, the median 26 months, a 3-year rate 42%. significantly higher received 6-mercaptopurine and methotrexate (POMP) during maintenance, compared those did not (56% versus 30%; P less than 0.01), long-term therapy (P 0.01). A multivariate regression analysis selected POMP to be only statistically significant factor associated duration. type is important overall prognosis APL, should investigated further.
