摘要: The effect of message source on recall and perceived credibility was examined in a randomized study comparing two different computer-tailored bulletins promoting fruit vegetable consumption among rural African American church members. An expert oriented (EXP) bulletin compared with spiritual pastor-oriented (SPIR) control group. Both had the same format used an identical set dietary psychosocial variables for tailoring. At follow-up, majority both intervention groups recalled receiving bulletin, however trust higher SPIR group (P<0.05). EXP reported health nutrition information coming from scientific research (P<0.01), pastor increased significantly to group; however, this difference could not be solely attributed tailored which part multi-component program.
