Growth and characterisation of phosphate mixed ZTS single crystals

摘要: Abstract The growth of zinc tris (thiourea) sulfo-phosphate, ZTSP, single crystals from aqueous solution by a low temperature technique is reported. ZTSP were grown partial substitution sulfate with phosphate. was carried out for different mol.% phosphate and the incorporation in quantified ICP analysis. qualitatively analysed FTIR studies. Morphological changes have been observed at Absorption spectra taken pure mixed ZTS reveal that crystal may be better nonlinear optical (NLO) material second harmonic generation (SHG). Vicker’s microhardness number found to increase substitution.
