摘要: Rubus alceifolius Poir. (Rosaceae) was introduced into La Reunion island in the mid 19th century. Probable origins and precise time of its introduction are not well known. Some sources suppose that this bramble from Southeast Asia. others suggest it may have first been Madagascar. This has become a serious weed native vegetation. The development biological control program is now being planned. Prior to develop control, we must characterise genetic diversity plant every area range. To estimate diversity, 254 specimens spp. were sampled within (La Reunion, Mayotte, Mauritius, Madagascar, Australia), range (Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Sumatra Java). technique used Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism. A matrix distance between individuals calculated according Simple Matching distance, tree constructed Neighbour-Joining Method. In tree, two well-separated groups observed for alceifoliue. one, all provenances grouped. group characterised by relatively high among sarne locality. second includes tile introduction. group, intralocality variation reduced, except where polymorphism comparable populations considerable separation these range, intermediate position lack variability each locality introduction, yield on alceifolius. reasons insights polymorphisrn investigated.
