摘要: The genus Vibrio is most extensively characterized and medically important group within the family vibrionaceae it member of cholerae, causative agent cholera. Depending on presence O1 antigen they are devided in to two serogroups or serovars: non-O1. Further biotypes: classical El Tor. These biotypes divided into three serotypes that inaba, ogawa hikojima. virulence properties vary from strain (serogroups). current study was undertaken aiming at exploring factors involved with V. cholerae comparison O139 by various studies like bacterial antibiotic susceptibility test, haemolytic activity, In silico approach find potential gene expression pattern for OMPU & OMPT (Semi quantitative study). MIC found be 12.5, 50 25 µg/ml 6.25, 25, 12.5 amphicillin, chloramphenicol amphotericin respectively. So showed more resistance all antibiotics when compared classical. Similarly, higher activity than Gene confirmed OMP U significantly O 139 as biotype. But T 139. As plays a measure role (as reported previously), virulent
