摘要: The current study aimed to compare the efficacy of transition zone PSA density (TZPSAD) with traditional and (PSAD), for diagnosis prostate cancer (PCa) in Taiwanese males. Men between 4.0 20.0 ng/ml who underwent a transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) guided biopsy studied period were retrospectively identified. demographic data, PSAD TZPSAD calculated all patients. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves used analyze accuracy positive PCa diagnosis. area under ROC (AUC) was 0.615, 0.748 0.746 PSA, TZPSAD, respectively. best cut-off value predicting men 4.0–10.0 ng/ml 0.367 ng/ml/ml sensitivity 50% specificity 77.5%. In 10.1–20.0 ng/ml, 0.454 ng/ml, 74.8% 70.9%. use can improve efficiency 4.0–20.0 ng/ml. similar but had better specificity.
