摘要: This paper involves a comparison between theoretical and experimental results for the amount of transmission error (TE) present in spur helical gear sets [l], Transmission is term used to describe difference actual relative positions pinion (driving gear) gear. It accepted as main source mesh frequency excited noise vibration. The described this deal with not only measuring error, but also predicting it such that, through thoughtful design, can be minimized. Experimental measurements static dynamic set three were taken on loaded test rig. These are then compared predictions which obtained from computer program called Load Distribution Program (LDP) [2].
