摘要: BodyParts3D is a dictionary-type database for anatomy in which anatomical concepts are represented by 3D structure data that specify corresponding segments of whole-body model an adult human male. It encompasses morphological and geometrical knowledge complements ontological representation. Moreover, introduces universal coordinate system anatomy, may facilitate management samples biomedical research clinical practice. As today, 382 concepts, sufficient mapping materials most molecular medicine experiments, have been specified. Expansion the dictionary adding further details to will continue collaboration with researchers until resolution accuracy application achieved. accessible at: http://lifesciencedb.jp/ag/bp3d/.
