摘要: In order to investigate the pattern of wave propagation on atria in both sinus rhythm and arrhythmia, we constructed a computational model based real anatomy. The original anatomic data which encompasses morphological geometrical knowledge was created from whole-body set 2mm interval magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) images male volunteer represented stl format. firstly discretized into spherical cells equal size. Then anisotropy conduction velocity (CV) conductivity were introduced this definition special system. Nygren cell adopted calculate action potential (AP) waveform each cell. Restitution AP duration (APD) it CV also model. activation could be investigated perspective 3D scene after excitation simulation. isochronal map electrocardiograms (ECGs) produced. study, We used two experiments verify as well demonstrated its application electrophysiological study: one conducted under rhythm, while other, trains boost pacings alternatively acted vena cava opening pulmonary vein. An identical described previous studies observed first experiment. While second experiment, foci triggered atrial fibrillation seen epicardial surface.
