摘要: Growing reports indicate that long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) are involved in the regulation of various biological processes cancer cells. LINC00319 is an ill investigated lncRNA and has been shown to regulate lung cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma ovarian cancer. Nevertheless, its roles bladder (BCa) remain unclear. In our research, was be upregulated BCa tissues. expression negatively correlated with patient's prognosis. Silencing suppressed proliferation invasiveness. addition, data indicated a sponge for miR-4492 ROMO1 BCa. Furthermore, results illustrated miR-4492/ROMO1 axis regulates proliferation, migration, invasion exerts oncogenic through modulating axis. sum, this study suggested acts as progression.
