摘要: Background In France, there are recommendations and reimbursements for human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination but no HPV programs. Therefore, is largely determined by parents’ initiative, which can lead to inequalities. The objective of this study was determine the factors associated with poorer coverage rates in most populated region France. Methods The data were obtained from National Health Insurance between 2011 2013. Correlations initiation rate (at least 1 dose reimbursed) socio-demographic/cultural assessed using Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. Multivariate analyses performed logistic regression. Results total, 121,636 girls received at one vaccine dose. born 1996 1999 18.7%. Disparities observed 8 departments region, ranging 12.9% 22.6%. At department level, unemployment, proportion immigrants foreigners, CMU health insurance (“Couverture Maladie Universelle”, a plan those who not otherwise covered through business or employment have low income) significantly inversely correlated rates, whereas urban residence, medical density, income use services related coverage. In multivariate model, only percentage foreigners remained independently lower individual strong driver initiation.
