摘要: The 4-armed star-shaped copolymers containing methyl (meth)acrylate (MMA, MA) and (meth)acrylic acid (MAA, AA) units were synthesized by ATRP with the use of pentaerythritol (PTL) derivatives as tetrafunctional initiators post-polymerization modification to deprotect acidic units. resultant MMA/MAA, MMA/AA, MA/MAA based stars varied composition arms using various initial proportions comonomer pairs. amphiphilic self-assembled dialysis or solvent evaporation methods into particles, which also loaded indomethacin (IMC). sizes polymeric aggregates in range 100–200 nm, whereas drug loading efficiency was 10–85%. vitro release IMC phosphate buffer solution (PBS) demonstrated a higher rate at pH 5.0 than 7.4. Drug profiles can be adjusted content hydrophilic fraction (15–98%) distribution among arm chains (statistical vs. gradient reverse gradient) indicated broad maximum (10–85%).
