摘要: Excitation functions of the reactions $\mathrm{U}(\ensuremath{\alpha},\mathrm{fission})$, $\mathrm{Th}(\ensuremath{\alpha},\mathrm{fission})$, $\mathrm{U}(d,\mathrm{fission})$, $\mathrm{Th}(d,\mathrm{fission})$ were measured by use alpha-particles and deuterons maximum energies 37.6 18.8 Mev, respectively. This was done using a stacked-foil technique. Recoil fission fragments collected on aluminum "catchers" their beta-activities formed relative measure number fissions occurring during bombardment. An absolute calibration is described. If no competing processes are assumed, comparison with theory results in effective nuclear radii 11.0\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}${10}^{\ensuremath{-}13}$ cm for interaction uranium 9.9\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}${10}^{\ensuremath{-}13}$ uranium.
