摘要: Difficulties encountered in measuring nitrate reductase activity soybean leaves (Glycine max [L.] Merr.) using published methods for extraction and vitro assays attracted our attention to an vivo assay first by Mulder et al. (7) recently refined Randall (8). We have made minor improvements both the attempted determine if a reproducible relationship exists between two assays.
