摘要: The relationship between cell proliferation and enzyme activity in intestinal metaplasia of the human stomach was studied using a combined method [3H]thymidine autoradiography alkaline phosphatase histochemistry on same section. Three types were observed depending variations both enzymatic isotope labelling. One type shows phosphatase-positive cells along entire length glands with [3H]thymidine-labelled localized only at bottom glands, resembling duodenum. In another metaplasia, are present surface and/or upper half mitotically active occupying lower part glands. third variety is characterized by absence alkaline-phosphatase an extended zone Differences labelling patterns marker various seem to reflect differentiation during intestinalization gastric mucosa.
