摘要: The dielectric and acoustic properties of (1 − x)SrTiO3-xBiFeO3 (0 ≤ x 0.04) solid solutions have been studied in the temperature range 10–300 K. polar state exhibiting permittivity dispersion hysteresis loops has revealed at temperatures 40–100 At 20–40 K, we observed one more relaxation, which is not associated with vanishes a concentration second solid-solution component = 0.04. antiferrodistorsive transition found to vary increasing x. below point, (relaxor) shown persist all measured solutions.
