摘要: The temperature dependences of the dielectric constant and hysteresis loops in ceramic samples (1 − x)SrTiO3−xKNbO3 x)SrTiO3−xKTaO3 (0 ≤ x 0.3) solid solutions prepared using different heat treatments have been investigated. Phase diagrams studied constructed T-x coordinates. It has shown that, after quenching (spontaneous cooling at room long-term heating sintering samples), induced phase transition increases because weakening random electric fields associated with nonisovalent impurities due to their “frozen” nonequilibrium redistribution. For small concentrations x, strong relaxation is observed range 150–250 K. A model relaxing centers, which based on local charge compensation heterovalent impurities, proposed.
