摘要: The efficiency of thermoelectric devices is determined not only by the quality material but also geometrical design legs and properties contacts with corresponding soldering process. These influences on performance a generator are studied multiphysics finite element modeling. simulated data compared experimental results for modules manufactured from Bi 2 Te 3 compounds ZT values >0.8. A decrease value module factor about four can be traced back to high contact resistance. thermal losses at interfaces negligible these devices.
