摘要: User resistance is a common occurrence when new information systems are implemented and can contribute to implementation failure. This research reviewed the literature on reasons for end-user identified number of strategies that could be used dealing with resistance, such as support, participation, communication, training consultant involvement project. The investigated effectiveness these based opinions IT project managers in New Zealand. results this showed use all their projects.
