MR staging in carcinoma of the endometrium and carcinoma of the cervix.

摘要: This study aimed to evaluate MR as an imaging modality for the assessment of myometrial and cervical invasion in endometrial carcinoma parametrial lymph node involvement carcinoma. Twenty-eight patients with a preoperative histological diagnosis carcinoma/cervical were included study. The findings compared surgical staging histopathological report hysterectomy specimen. Accuracy detecting was 78% both. 71% 86% respectively. is reliable method It helps decide operability, type operation aids selection who need be considered specialist referral gynaecologist oncologist.
