摘要: In this paper we define a framework for combined frequency, bandwidth, and radio access technique (RAT) selection wireless operator governed opportunistic network (ON). The proposed presents decision flow that can select frequency RAT one or several ONs. ON be used e.g. when the needs capacity extension coverage extension. takes into account metrics including application requirements, velocity of device, availability RATs bands. main objective making is to parameter so resources, like spectrum, are exploited in an efficient manner taking natural limits operator's preferences. Instead describing resource as complex optimization problem, approach splits process modular narrows down number possible combinations meet requirements operational conditions.
