摘要: The present invention comprises a method to diminish and/or eliminate atherosclerotic plaques, in mammals, through direct and indirect treatment of these situ, using suitable substances which are capable lipid removal, primarily hydrolysis, either by catalytic or stoichiometric process, wherein the substance targets receptors on cell lead uptake into lysosome. Such used plaques generally comprised hydrolyzing proteins polypeptides.
