摘要: The production of lactic acid from molasses by mixed populations (1) Lactobacillus bulgaricus AU (isolated curd) and L. casei (supplied NCL, Poona-8, India) (2) bulgaricus, delbrueckii India), was studied. It has been found that association with slightly enhances the yield acid, while population delbrueckii, is as effective alone.
