摘要: A novel approach for three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction and measurement of industrial sheetmetal parts with computer aided design (CAD) data non-metric image sequence is proposed. The purpose our to automatically reconstruct measure the producing imprecision or deformations that are mainly composed line segments, circles, connected arcs lines. Principles two-dimensional (2D) one-dimensional (1D) least squares template matching extract precise lines points presented. Hybrid point-line photogrammetry adopted obtain accurate wire frame model parts. Circles, arcs, each other on part reconstructed direct object space solution according known camera parameters. CAD can be used visual measurement. Experimental results several very satisfying. They show proposed has a promising potential in automatic 3D widely existed lines, s.
