Vibrational spectroscopy of single crystals

摘要: single crystals were grown by the laser floating zone method. Polarized Raman spectra measured and interpreted consistently with Pcmn crystal space group. Up to 16 modes identified their symmetry assigned. The infrared optical constants of determined from analysis reflectance powders. In latter case, an effective medium theory was used analyse spectrum. Assignment mode performed help a theoretical calculation vibrational modes.
