摘要: Abstract While the full impact of Internet on traditional business models and strategies is yet to be played out, one thing already certain: it will irrevocably challenge nature middle role. A spectrum Internet-driven consequences — from disintermediation cybermediation has been observed by numerous academics practitioners. This article describes a different intermediary: `go-between service provider,' who increasingly challenging traditionalists benefiting new market economic dynamics our time. paper, based case studies interviews as part long-term research project, presents conceptual framework; lists critical success factors; assesses all this corporate thinking practice.
