摘要: Vascularization is crucial for solid tumour growth and invasion, providing metabolic support sustaining metastatic dissemination. It now accepted that ion channels transporters play a significant role in driving the cancer at all stages. They may represent novel therapeutic, diagnostic prognostic targets anti-cancer therapies. On other hand, although expression of vascular endothelium well recognized subject recent reviews, only recently has their involvement vascularization been recognized. Here, we review current literature on directly involved angiogenic process. Particular interest will be focused angiogenesis vivo as different steps drive this process vitro, such endothelial cell proliferation, migration, adhesion tubulogenesis. Moreover, compare ‘transportome’ system network with physiological one.
