摘要: Abstract Dredged material disposal criteria are currently based on measurement of chemical constituents, toxicity and biostimulation, but not the presence mutagenic materials. Extracts sediments collected from Southwestern Lake Michigan ranged non‐mutagenic to highly when assayed by Ames Test. It is suggested that this test be used provide additional information value for issuance permits dredging activities.
