摘要: The paper presents a study performed by the Centre for Medical Radiation Physics (CMRP) using high spatial and temporal resolution silicon pixelated detector named MagicPlate-512. focuses on characterisation of three pencil beams from low-dose rate, 6 TBq, cobalt-60 source, in terms percentage depth dose, beam profiles, output factor shutter timing. Where applicable, findings were verified against radiochromic EBT3 film ionization chambers. It was found that results MagicPlate-512 agreed within 0.9 mm penumbra full-width at half-maximum measurements 0.75% dose study. rate source determined to be (10.65 ± 0.03) cGy/min 1.5 cm Solid Water. A significant asymmetry small profile found, which is due irregular machining collimator. average speed calculated 26 cm/s. demonstrates dosimetry system, developed CMRP, capable even cases very low sources.
