摘要: Eine definitive Radiochemotherapie ist Standardtherapie fur Patienten mit einem prognostisch nichtoperablen, lokal fortgeschrittenen, nichtkleinzelligen Lungenkarzinom. Zwei bis 4 Kurse einer cisplatinbasierten Chemotherapie sind in Kombination definitiven thorakalen Strahlentherapie beim nichtoperablen Lungenkarzinom im Stadium IIIA/IIIB indiziert, falls keine Kontraindikation gegen die Durchfuhrung besteht. Die Evidenz aus randomisierten Studien weist darauf hin, dass – oder bei mehr als zwei Zyklen eine Komponente der simultan zur appliziert werden sollte. Drittgenerationkombinationen zeigen Unterschiede ihren Toxizitatsspektren, einige Kombinationen sehr gunstig sind.
