摘要: Abstract This paper provides a discussion of the TESOM methodology. is principal time-dependent energy integrating model used at Brookhaven National Laboratory for systems analysis. Special control theoretic features which act to smooth intertemporal transitions between time periods are highlighted. These include market penetration adjustment algorithm, an explicit representation technological and cost behavior inherited (vintaged) stock, incorporation risk factors in resource pricing.
