摘要: Objective To evaluate the possible difference in uterine and spiral artery impedance to blood flow among women with unexplained tubal infertility during spontaneous gonadotropin-stimulated cycles. Methods We prospectively compared pulsatility index peak systolic velocity a longitudinal study either (n = 20) or 18). Measurements of were taken on days 11–12, 16–17 21–23 cycle 1, 5 10 gonadotropin stimulation. In addition, measurements oocyte pick-up embryo transfer. Results A clinical pregnancy was achieved 8/20 (40%) 6/18 (33.3%) in-vitro fertilization treatment. There no differences between two groups. The did not differ conceiving fertilization-embryo transfer those who not. However, 5th day stimulation significantly lower (0.96 ± 0.25) (1.24 0.30; P < 0.05), but other similar. Conclusions Impaired is an important factor infertility. Copyright © 2003 ISUOG. Published by John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
