摘要: BACKGROUNDWe have previously shown, in dogs with severe cardiac depression, that modest cyclic increases intrathoracic pressure, starting synchronously left ventricular isovolumic contraction, significantly increase aortic flow and pressure. However, little is known of changes vital organ perfusion during this technique assisted circulation.METHODS AND RESULTSWe studied regional using radioactive labeled microspheres 13 20-25-kg mongrel dogs.
