摘要: We investigated the postnatal formation and origin of microcyst, which are not fully elucidated at present, in cochlear nucleus gerbils. Sixty-six Mongolian gerbils were light microscope level, 35 them observed electron microscopic level. Foamy structures evidently found 2 days age remained unchanged through 4-8 days. The first small vacuole, presumably former appeared 8 Myelin sheath bundles 13 Electron-dense bodies frequently junction superficial layer deep medium-sized vacuole was close association with spherical bushy cells anteroventral (AVCN) as early 5 weeks. Various large vacuoles coalesced to form a 3 6 months. Membranous red blood budding-like In addition membranous structures, microcyst contained distorted mitochondria parts myelin sheaths. interposed between 10 Small mainly located flame-shaped neurons 14 An internal detachment an external protrusion into adjacent found. Thus, this study suggests appearance microcysts Also, vessel may exchange their contents leakage nucleus.
