摘要: The Mossbauer effect in the 27.8‐keV level of 129I was used to investigate frozen solutions I2 hexane, CCI4, and benzene at 88°K solid argon 22°K. quadrupole couplings isomer shifts CCl4, (inert solvents) were found be very similar, average values being e2qQ = − 2255 ± 30 Mc/sec (Q of127I) δ(ZnTe source) = + 0.094 ± 0.005 cm/sec.
