摘要: Abstract Preliminary observations on the submicroscopic structure of endospermic starch granules in TRITICUM DURUM desf. (The electronic transparency granules). — The Triticum durum Desf. kernels have been examined by electron microscopy. high degree appears to depend upon regular disposition structural units, while their opacity probably is relation with orderless arrangement. amorphous portions layers, median fissure and black bands seems be condition such formations. bubbles which considered respectively as protein layers result enzymes action, are only artifacts. interpreted pyrodestrines.
