摘要: The primary cause of anaerobic digester failure includes accumulation inhibitory substances and intermediate products such as volatile fatty acids (VFAs), free ammonia (NH3 +), ammonium (NH4 +). They (except VFAs) are however required essential nutrients for bacteria growth. current study specifically investigated the effect oil content on biogas production stability digestion food waste. Two lab scale reactors were designed with different organic loading rates feeding adjustment used addition to testing effects lipids biodegradation production. results indicate that, at 2.0 g VS L−1 d−1, (5% v/v), caused reactor failure, whereas, 4.0 remained stable 10 days before VFAs, which resulted in low pH, thus reduced methane NaOH reactivate can only improve alkalinity negatively increased viscosity, but there was no significant VFAs concentration. An effective solution achieved by recirculating 50% both reactor’s effluent back reactors. This recovery process performance Surprisingly, NH4 +–N (1400 mg L−1) throughout period, far less than critical concentration 3000 L−1. On contrary, couldn’t contribute buffering high VFA during unstable thereby raising new questions its roles process.
