摘要: Tetracarboxylic Zn(II) phthalocyanine–amino functionalized graphene oxide (ZnPcC4–NGO) hybrid materials have been prepared by a covalent functionalization method. The characterizations indicate that the amino-functionalization of GO has an important influence on structure and photophysical properties ZnPcC4–NGO hybrid. exhibits enhanced photo-induced electron transfer or energy (PET/ET), compared to ZnPcC4 (ZnPcC4–GO), owing presence extended sp2 carbon configurations, along with partial reduction NGO nanosheets introduction electron-donating ethylenediamine. nonlinear optical (NLO) hybrids were investigated using Z-scan technique at 532 nm 4 ns laser pulses. results show efficient cause possess evidently larger NLO than individual NGO, ZnPcC4–GO performance can be attributed increased excited state absorption from configurations moiety, reverse saturable arising contribution PET/ET process between moieties in
