摘要: Abstract Learning factories, which foster practically oriented teaching-concepts, offer excellent opportunities to develop students’ competencies in self-controlled learning processes based on competency models. To evaluate these competencies, the aim of this paper was establish a model for students working with factory. Semi-structured interviews were conducted lecturers and who had experiences The recorded analyzed using qualitative content analyses MAXQDA identify crucial when applied coding scheme built deductively literature factories competencies. Overall, twelve identified (e.g. Applying Knowledge) can further be assigned three main clusters professional/methodological, social personal distribution professional/methodological even. These results support higher education development professional as well skills. Furthermore, provide opportunity adapt competency-based teaching concepts organizations.
