摘要: Process management serves the design of IT and organizations, while multiple actors have stakes in setting agenda implementing process innovations. These stakeholders, from both inside outside an organization‟s boundaries, constitute integral elements a larger network actors. The stimulation utilization such networks are critical success factors for innovation initiatives. Without inclusion adaption organizational processes to dynamic environment can be expected less effective successful. Although importance stakeholder is widely acknowledged literature, current research lacks thorough empirically informed understanding phenomenon. Taking public sector example, this paper sets out study involvement different stakeholders develop theory analysis collaboration. We conduct comprehensive quantitative survey more than 350 organizations apply principle component identify distinct stakeholders. Empirical evidence provided collaborative patterns internal actors, vertical collaboration partners, horizontal political commercial customers. serve as generic constructs, building blocks, future on solving issue practice regarding involvement.
