摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to analyze the status quo with regards business process management (BPM) and collaboration show potential fields future research in area collaborative BPM.Design/methodology/approach To obtain results, authors employ method a systematic literature review using relevant existing guidelines. They not only search leading journals conferences but also ISI web knowledge's science. Subsuming, 39 articles are selected analyzed concepts identified upfront.Findings finds that BPM growing trend information systems research, there still exist significant gaps.
