摘要: Les tumeurs malignes de l’intestin grele sont relativement rares, ne representant que 1 a 5 % des du tractus gastrointestinal. Cependant, leur incidence est en augmentation et differentes maladies actuellement associees une risque cancerisation [1]. Le diagnostic d’un cancer primitif difficile general pose tardivement car les symptomes cliniques peu specifiques. L’adenocarcinome, neuro-endocrines, lymphomes stromales gastro-intestinales (GIST) representent types histologiques plus frequents. traitement chirurgical le choix adenocarcinomes, endocrines GIST alors traites par chimiotherapie. L’apport chimiotherapies adjuvantes ou palliatives dans cadre neuro-endocrines reste decevant. pronostic mauvais etant donne caractere metastatique ces au moment [2]. Un precoce precis important pour ameliorer la prise charge patients la, survie. Aussi, follow-up apparait fondamental chez qui ont pathologie haut cancerisation, telle l’enteropathie gluten, maladie Crohn, polypose familiale immunodeficience.
