摘要: One embodiment of the present invention discloses a method for processing video data within path unit. The includes three stages. In first stage, source operands are extracted from local register file and ordered to map efficiently onto downstream path. second arithmetic operations performed on based instructions generate intermediate results. third additional results instructions. some embodiment, combined with retrieved file.
