摘要: Abstract A new amperometric immunosensor for alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), based on nanobiocomposite substrate and with response enhanced by polyamidoaminic (PAMAM) dendrimers was developed characterized. The nanostructurated obtained electrochemical deposition of 100 nm-sized gold nanoparticles glassy carbon electrodes (GCE) functionalized a SAM 2-aminoethanethiol (AET), used as linker the subsequent immobilization (PAMAM G.1.5). Two different modes were investigated reading assay: cyclic voltammetry (CV) or Double Step ChronoAmperometry (DSCA). Satisfying results in terms range precision reached both methods. Immunosensors tested validated AFP determination human serum, showing limit detection 3 ng/mL quantitation 15 ng/mL. has proved an attractive diagnostic tool able to match needs clinical monitoring purposes quantification serum at levels useful prognosis pregnancy progression, identification occurrence neoplastic diseases.
